Refund policy
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at hello@slateandholt.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For orders lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What We're Unable to Refund Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner, we're unable to issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Change of mind — We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
- Incorrect address — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed packages — If a delivery goes unclaimed and is returned, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Order already in production — Once an order has been prepared for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
