Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Orders are fulfilled within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Most US orders arrive within 3–9 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Orders over $50 ship free.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We currently ship within the Continental United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order? We begin processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at hello@slateandholt.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been prepared for fulfillment it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Products

What's in your products? We formulate with clean, functional ingredients — nothing unnecessary. Each product page lists the full ingredient breakdown so you know exactly what you're putting on your skin.

Are your products tested on animals? No. All Slate & Holt products are cruelty-free.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin? Our formulas are designed to be clean and minimal, which works well for most skin types. If you have specific sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How do I report a problem with my order? Email us at hello@slateandholt.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

What if my package was lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll look into it right away.

When will I receive my refund? Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please double-check your address at checkout — we're unable to refund orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
